Three Steps Towards Reclaiming Your Life
01. Complete the New Client Inquiry Form. I will respond as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. We will schedule a 15-minute consultation call.
02. During our call, we will determine if I am a good fit for your needs. We will discuss a few logistical things, like payment, intake forms and scheduling. I’ll answer any questions you might have about starting therapy.
03. During our first appointment, we will get to know each other, explore how EMDR Intensives can help and begin to lay out a customized plan for your treatment.

$240 per hour = EMDR Intensives: Customizable to your unique needs and treatment goals
Initial Session: 2-hour intake and preparation session = $480
Second Session: 2-hour Intensive session = $480
Subsequent Sessions: 90-minute = $360 OR 2-hour = $480
I am considered an out-of-network provider. I will provide you with a detailed receipt (called a “superbill") for out-of-network benefits upon request. Please check your insurance coverage regarding reimbursement.
Payment: All major credit cards, HSA payments, cash, and checks are accepted.
